1. Controller

Techbull Media SL (NIF B93520732), Ricardo Soriano 72, 29601 Marbella (Málaga), Spain, email annax2@fou.se, is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What we collect

Purchase data: name, email, billing address, phone number (optional), country, products bought, amount, VAT and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page; we never see or store your full card number.
Support emails: whatever you send us.
Technical data: our host processes IP addresses in server logs for security. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why and on what legal basis

To process your order, deliver the files and provide support — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To issue invoices, keep accounting records and report VAT — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Marketing emails only if you opt in — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally 4–6 years). Support emails are deleted after 2 years. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.

5. Recipients and processors

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing, receipts and tax calculation.
Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages, USA — EU SCCs) — website hosting and file delivery.
Our email provider (Loopia) — customer support email.
Our accountant/tax advisers and the Spanish Tax Agency where required by law.

Some processors may transfer data outside the EEA; such transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by emailing annax2@fou.se. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
