Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

We sell digital spreadsheet templates (.xlsx files) for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Screenshots show example data; you receive blank templates. Product descriptions list the main features and compatibility.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros. We sell from Spain. For consumers in the EU, Spanish VAT at 21 % is included in the price shown. Business customers in another EU country who provide a valid VAT number at checkout are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism (the customer accounts for the VAT). Customers outside the EU are not charged Spanish VAT; the price shown is the final price. The applicable VAT, if any, is shown on your invoice.

4. Ordering and payment

You place an order through our secure checkout provided by Stripe. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation and receipt by email. Accepted methods are those shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Files are delivered immediately after payment via a download page and an email link. If you don't receive your link within one hour, contact us.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

At checkout you are asked to confirm: “I agree that the digital content will be made available immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available.” We confirm this consent in your order email.

7. Conformity and guarantee

Your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described remain unaffected. If a file does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

8. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates for personal use and internal use in your own business. You may not resell, share, sublicense or publish the files or derivatives as templates.

9. Liability

Templates are planning tools and do not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid.

10. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at annax2@fou.se. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the competent consumer arbitration bodies (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).
