Refund policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available (see section 6 of our Terms of sale).

We will gladly refund or fix it if:

• the file is faulty, won't open, or doesn't work as described in Excel or Google Sheets;
• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you never received the download link and we can't resolve it.

How to ask

Email annax2@fou.se within 30 days with your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and a short description. We reply within 2 business days and refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 days.
